  2. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service, and remember to include the RMA number on the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

 

Refund Options

For eligible returns, we offer two refund options:

  1. Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  2. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can provide you with a store credit equal to the purchase price, including any applicable taxes, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Please note that the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is a result of our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges
